Signum is the premium Bikavér of Lajver winery. Made from hand picked grapes coming from selected low-yield vineyards. It is a blend of 55% Kékfrankos, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 6% Kadarka and 1% Cabernet Franc. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations were completed in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks The wines were aged separately in 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels for 12 months. It is characterised by elegance, harmony, black berries, supple tannins, round mouthfeel and balanced acidity. In 2022 it was selected the best Bikavér of the Szekszárd wine region.
