Egri Csillag white blend is the pair of the traditional red blend called ‘Egri Bikavér’ of the wine region since 2010. It is a blend of at least 4 grape varieties, of which at least 50% must be from the Carpathian Basin. A dry wine can always be produced in the Classic, Superior and Grand Superior categories.
