Zenit is an early-ripening, indigenous Hungarian grape variety that easily accumulates sugar. In this style it shows its potential, the alcohol reflecting the grape’s ability to accumulate sugar. Despite the high alcohol content, the wine’s harmonious primary aroma is full of flowers.
This is followed by fruity aromas of yellow pear, crisp golden apple, ripe pineapple, candied ginger and perfumed lemon zest. The palate is equally complex, with white flowers, ripe yet crisp yellow apples and pears, juicy pineapple, a hint of white pepper, evoking a Margarita on the finish.
