A dessert wine made from late harvested grapes that were affected by noble rot. In addition to the remarkable acidity this wine boasts more than 75 g/l residual sugar. It is great on its own as a dessert wine, but it is also a great match for fruit salads and other sweet dishes. It reveals an exciting world of flavours when paired with goose or duck liver paté or a blue cheese.
