Tokaji Muscat Lunel Aszú 5 puttonyos, 2017

2017 was an excellent vintage in Tokaj, optimal for the development of noble rot resulting in a high percentage of 1st class botrytised aszúberries. Aged in lightly toasted 220 litre Hungarian oak barrels for 2 years. This wine is like a garden in blossom: rose, jasmine, lime tree-flower, orange and apricot on the nose with incredible finesse, wrapped in the cool elegance of the unmissable Muscat perfume. Silky sugars (130 g/l) on the palate, vibrant and youthful due to its perfect acidity, with honey, sweet orange, blood-orange, dominant apricot and a wholesome of spices. Extraordinary complexity of taste and a very long and rich finish. A truly satisfying experience.
