Tokaji Dominium Furmint Dry, 2019

100% Furmint, harvested in October 2019 from the vineyard “Kincsem”. Strict yield control, 0,8 kg/vine at most. The Dominium Brand is the winery’s premium line, fermented in stainless steel, followed by 4-6 months of barrel ageing with battonage. The fine sediment is stirred in the barrel once a week. Old barrels up to 10 years with light or medium toast burning level. The nose shows green apples with discreet notes of oak. On the palate it offers nuts, almonds, vanilla and distinct minerality.
