Sweet Tokaj wine speciality for celebrations or to finish a dinner or just to enjoy on its own as a dessert. Grape bunches containing „aszú” berries (berries affected by Botrytis, noble-rot) and healthy ones were pressed gently in the traditional „Kossuth-press” (vertical basket press). It was followed by a maceration lasting 48 hours. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in old and new 300 liters Hungarian oak barrels for 18 months. Organic viticulture and winemaking. Bottled in May 2019. Released in the market at the end of 2020.
