Low yielding vines: 1-1,5 kg. Gentle whole bunch pressing after hand harvesting in early-September. Then the juice was pasteurized in order to extend storage life. A pure grape juice made from organic Furmint grapes. Recommended dilution: 2 portion juice 3 portion water. Ideal for kids or as a soft-drink. In summer it’s refreshing with water and lemon. In winter by warming it up and adding mulled wine spices, it’s a good alcohol-free version of a mulled wine. Excellent cocktail or kombucha ingredient. Organic viticulture.
