This is the first time that a dry Hárslevelű wine was crafted at the Tokaj-Hétszőlő Wine Estate which dates from 1502. The grapes were selected very carefully by hand, were treated in the most natural way and picked only from the historical 1 er Cru Hétszőlő single vineyard. It was fermented and aged in used oak barrels, kept on fine lees for 7 months.
