Clean, rich nose with quince and floral notes, as well as hints of chamomile, acacia, honey and apricot. The quince returns on the palate, along with ripe William’s pear, peach and floral accents. Silky, well-balanced texture and great acidity, with a touch of tartness on a long-lingering finish.
Recommended serving temperature 14 °C to 15 °C. Suggested food pairing: Pink-roasted duck, foie gras, light desserts with yellow-fleshed fruits, or as a standalone treat.
