Single variety Sauvignon blanc wine, the second vintage produced at Lajver Winery. Handpicked and carefully selected grapes harvested in the middle of September. Before the alcoholic fermentation we cold soaked the juices for one week to maximize the typical aromas of the variety. The result is a rich and complex, but at the same time vivacious Sauvignon blanc, with notes of tropical fruits, fresh herbs and a hint of cut grass. A wine somewhere between the old and the new world in its style.
