2019 was an amazing vintage for sweet wines in Tokaj, producing perfectly balanced wines with an elegant structure and great acidity. Super-peachy and beautifully aromatic, displaying lemon preserve, ginger, chamomile and apricot notes, as well as honeysuckle, ripe apple, quince and well-integrated oak flavours.
Recommended serving temperature 14 °C to 15 °C. Suggested food pairing: Foie gras, blue cheese, desserts, or as a standalone treat.
