An outstanding Rosé blend. The grapes were handpicked and carefully selected, partly cold soaked before the alcoholic fermentation. We kept the wines separately by varieties to age in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. The goal of the blending process was to preserve the fruitiness, to increase complexity and to attain a round mouthfeel in order to create a premium line Rosé.
