A surprising and popular brut sparkling, made directly from must fermented in pressurised tanks. Soft and persistent mousse, white flowers, lime juice, green apple and pear. Lemon colour of medium intensity. The nose teases with lemon candy, the core is a combination of white acacia, yellow grapefruit, green apple and freshly grated ginger. The palate is dominated by notes of lemon sorbet, crisp green apple, yellow grapefruit juice, fresh ginger, mint and sweet basil, with hints of gooseberry and carambola.
