The owner and founder of the winery is László Szilágyi, an agronomist, viticulturist and oenologist. Like all wineries, Gizella relies on its past and builds for its future. László Szilágyi has been managing the Gizella Winery for 18 years, and his results provide an encouraging basis for the cultivation of 20 hectares of vineyards, but perhaps its greatest value is, in addition to the natural endowment of the Tokaj wine region, the constant will for renewal and the desire for dynamic development.
Their aim is to develop in business and to develop in mind, in decisions, in the ideological sense (human being) and to develop in coexistence with nature. The humble search for outstanding quality and the need to meet the latest consumer expectations are key added values that will shape their future. The diversity of Tokaj growing sites is conveyed by Gizella wines to many parts of the world through their partners with a clear message.
